PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY. 

1. Apply for your return first. If you have not done that yet, 
2. Please include the ORIGINAL ORDER # of your return in the 'SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS' before you click checkout.
3. Make sure the label is the ONLY item in your cart. If you purchase another item along with the return label, the order will be canceled. 
4. The label will be emailed to you within 3 business days of purchase. Please make sure to check your 'Spam' or 'Promotions' folder.
